Dr Jérôme Neutres is an independent curator and consultant, working with public authorities and private foundations to define their strategy and realise art and museum projects. In 2023 he was named Officier de l’ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture. He was for ten years a director at the Réunion des Musées Nationaux-Grand Palais, and he served as president of the Musée du Luxembourg. As chief curator at the Grand Palais in Paris, he produced and curated several acclaimed exhibitions both at his institution and in other museums internationally. He holds a PhD in Semiotics of text and image from the University of Paris.
